Food and drink
A taste of Switzerland
The food at The Lodge is one of the true highlights of your stay, with everything fully catered and all food and drinks included throughout your visit.
Enjoy a delicious mix of Swiss and international cuisine, with dining that can be as relaxed or as refined as you like. From indulgent four-course gourmet feasts to themed evenings or lighter, healthy options for younger guests, every menu is tailored to your group.
Whether you’re celebrating or simply unwinding after a day in the Alps, the culinary experience is entirely flexible, the agenda is yours to set, with every detail taken care of.
What’s on the menu?
Start the day at The Lodge with a generous alpine breakfast: think warm pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, homemade jams, and cooked favourites, fuelled and ready for a day in the Swiss Alps.
If you prefer a slower pace, enjoy a light lunch back at the chalet, often served on the terrace in the sunshine during summer. And whenever you fancy dining out, the team can easily arrange restaurant reservations in Verbier or even on-mountain stops, as well as bespoke picnics for summer adventures.
Endless treats
In winter, once the lifts have stopped running and you’ve had your fill of the slopes, it’s time to drift back to The Lodge for a well-earned slice (or two) of homemade cake paired with warming mulled wine, the perfect après-ski ritual in the Swiss Alps.
In summer, the aroma of freshly baked cookies drifts through the chalet, tempting guests down to the kitchen for an easy afternoon catch-up over sweet treats and refreshing drinks. With a relaxed, home-from-home feel, guests are encouraged to make themselves comfortable, help themselves to drinks at any time, and enjoy The Lodge exactly as they please.
Time for dinner
Gather with family and friends over dinner at The Lodge and enjoy a front-row seat to the culinary action as the kitchen team prepares beautifully crafted dishes in the open kitchen.
Savour seasonal plates made with the finest locally sourced produce, discover the surprise and delight of Swiss wine (a well-kept secret, with 95% of production never leaving the country), and indulge in regional favourites like rich, melted Raclette from the Valais region. It’s relaxed, sociable dining with a distinctly Alpine flavour.
