Reopening news

Bringing back the magic

The restoration of Kasbah Tamadot- following the September 2023 earthquake that struck the region-  is currently in full swing, and we are counting down to when we can fully reopen the doors to our mountain retreat on 15th October 2024. Come 1st May, our ten luxurious Berber Tents will be ready for stays while our brand new Riads will be available from 1st July 2024.

Stay tuned for exciting reopening news - and in the meantime find out more about how you can stay at Kasbah Tamadot and support ongoing relief efforts.

Staying at Kasbah Tamadot

Our ten Berber Tents are available for stays from 1st May 2024 and the doors to our brand-new Riads will open on 1st July 2024. Catch up on reading poolside and enjoy stunning views of the Atlas Mountains, take to the tennis courts for a game or two, indulge with an in-room spa treatment, delight in authentic cuisine or join Mohammed for a glass or two of his famous Moroccan tea.

The rate for our Berber Tents include a donation of MAD 1,500 to the Eve Branson Foundation to support the crucial work taking place to rebuild the local communities.

Coming 1st July 2024

The perfect blend of serenity and space, discover our luxurious Deluxe Room and Pool Suite nestled on the ground floor or venture to the first floor and opt for our Rooftop Tented Suite, all featuring private terraces and sweeping views across the dramatic Moroccan landscape.

Each room or suite, be it booked individually, paired or exclusively, promises a private haven of pure relaxation.

Introducing Asayss

Originating from the Berber language and signifying a space of communcation and bonding, where poets would gather to share their verses culminating in a grand feast, Asayss, Kasbah Tamadot's own appreciation of this local tradition, will open its door this summer. Savour Moroccan and international dishes, inspired by locally sourced ingredients and enjoy a feast for all senses.

Supporting the community

Our commitment to serve local villages remains unwavering. The Eve Branson Foundation Earthquake Relief Fund – in partnership with Virgin Unite and the Eve Branson Foundation – supports long-term recovery in the communities surrounding Kasbah Tamadot.

In addition to providing food, shelter, clean water and medical supplies, funding is driving the rebuilding of schools, boarding houses and programmes such as the Eve Branson Foundation’s artisanal training.
