In Swahili, Mahali Mzuri means ‘beautiful place’ and if you want to celebrate your special occasion with stunning views of the Savannah and exchange vows under large, canopied trees we can think of nowhere better. This beautiful place is a luxury 12-tented safari camp, located in the private Olare Motorogi Conservancy which is part of the wider Maasai Mara ecosystem in Kenya.
We offer both civil ceremonies and blessings, and you can also incorporate unique Maasai traditions in your day. At Mahali Mzuri we can host up to 24 people in our breath-taking tents, but if you would prefer a smaller celebration our tents can also be booked individually.
Your wild fairy tale continues as a stay at Mahali Mzuri includes twice-daily game drives, imagine yourselves exchanging vows followed by an evocative safari drive to see the Big 5.
The small print: official ceremonies can only take place after a minimum four day stay in Kenya with at least two working days in Nairobi before you join us at Mahali Mzuri.
Picture yourself on one of the most exclusive private islands in the world, toes in the sand on a palm-fringed beach with nothing but turquoise waters stretching as far as your eye can see – this is the magic of Necker Island. Located in the British Virgin Islands, Caribbean, Necker Island offers barefoot luxury and is the ultimate destination for your wedding or special occasion.
On Necker we can accommodate up to 200 people for your wedding or special event. You are in safe hands with our team who have organised some of the most incredible private island events in the world.
On the day, walk down a sandy aisle on Turtle Beach or exchange vows on the highest part of the island as the sun sets over the Caribbean Sea. For after the ceremony, a six-course gala dinner under the bougainvillea awaits or party the night away on a beach lit by tiki torches. On Necker Island we can do just about anything to bring your dream wedding to life.
And as the sun sets on your day and you celebrate in the early hours of the morning, Necker Island awaits for as relaxing or active honeymoon as you could want. And, of course, if you’re not getting married on the island, you can still honeymoon on Necker.
The small print: to get a marriage license in the British Virgin Islands you will need to have spent at least one working day in the country before applying and an administrative fee will apply.
