Dining throughout the day
Dine by firelight, candlelight or starlight as our future culinary experiences come to life. Enjoy a traditional Braai in the heart of the bush or savour local specialities while watching wildlife wander by below.
Our breads and pastries will continue to be home-baked daily, with breakfasts and lunches served restaurant-style. In the evenings, gather at the boma, sharing stories and sightings from the day’s adventures before sitting down to dinner.
And for those seeking something more intimate, private dining experiences will always be available, thoughtfully arranged just for you.
In the bush
Just because you’re away from the lodges doesn’t mean the culinary experience won’t travel with you.
Freshly baked treats will await before morning game drives, with delightful surprises along the way: from pancake stops to unforgettable bush dinners under torchlit skies and the glow of a flaming log fire.
As evening game drives unfold, your ranger and tracker will select the perfect spot for refreshing sundowners, setting the scene for the evening ahead.
Wine tastings
Wine lovers won’t miss a thing. Both Rock Lodge and Safari Lodge will feature beautifully curated wine cellars, and our tailored wine tastings will remain a highlight of the experience.
Each wine journey will begin with discovering your personal tastes. South Africa’s global reputation for exceptional wines will be proudly showcased, with a focus on outstanding local vintages.
Guests will enjoy a carefully chosen selection from tiny family-owned cellars, established names and exciting newer producers, including wines from organic and biodynamic estates.
Children
