Our menus
Executive Chef Brenda Lisiotti's cooking is a love letter to the Mediterranean’s rich and varied culinary heritage. Drawing inspiration from centuries-old traditions across Italy, Greece, Turkey, Egypt, Spain, Morocco, France and beyond, she reimagines classic dishes with bold creativity and a deep respect for flavour. Each plate tells its own story, crafted with the finest seasonal produce, much of it grown right in Son Bunyola’s estate gardens.
Sa Tafona offers two ever-evolving tasting menus: Mare and Nostrum. Changing weekly, both menus are designed to reflect the spirit of the Mediterranean, shifting regularly to highlight the freshest ingredients and the region’s timeless, sun-soaked flavours. It’s a vibrant, immersive dining experience - rooted in tradition but full of surprises.

You’ll find standout bottles from right here in Mallorca and the Balearic Islands, along with a selection of treasures from across the Mediterranean. Every wine on the list has been picked to bring something special to the table, adding even more depth to the whole dining experience.
