What's in my room?

Bathroom toiletries, tea and coffee facilities, notepad and pen, postcards with stamps, laundry basket, a safety deposit, telephone, hairdryer, plug adaptor (UK to EU). Wireless (WiFi) internet access is throughout the villa.We supply mini-speakers in your room through which you can stream your own music from your Android or Apple device – these are also Bluetooth enabled.

What do I do if I don't want to be disturbed during my stay?

If you’d prefer not to be disturbed then please hang your ‘do not disturb espadrilles’ - on your door and we’ll leave you be.

Will I get too hot or cold?

Underfloor heating is provided throughout the villas and air conditioning units are fitted in each room.

Can I bring children?

Absolutely! Son Bunyola makes a great place for a family holiday. We can provide high chairs, a sterilizer, a nappy bin, a baby monitor, toys and a play rug for you to use. We are also happy to prepare children’s meals that are tasty, well balanced, healthy and fun, keeping both the parents and kids happy.

To keep our young guests entertained, the pool is always a fun place for kids to spend their holiday and our animal inflatables are often enjoyed by little (and big) kids. When they're not in the pool, there is plenty to do keep them entertained from a game of football, tennis or even table tennis, playing on our game consoles or getting competitive with a selection of popular board games.

Do you offer babysitting?

Baby-sitting can be arranged and a charge will apply but please advise as early as possible if this may be required. Special food and beverages or simple snacks and light meals can be prepared according to your child’s tastes.

Do you have a laundry service?

Our laundry service is available seven days a week. We also offer a dry cleaning service however please allow 48 hours for us to return this to you. Housekeeping is provided 6 days a week between 9am-2pm.

Departure details

Time to say goodbye is officially 11am on the day of your departure, however if your flights are later we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Please note that the Balearic Tourist Tax of €2 per person per night will be due upon check-out.

Is there parking available at the villas?

Sa Terra Rotja has under cover parking space for two cars. Sa Punta de S’Aguila has parking for three cars but these are not covered. Additional space for parking is available near both villas but this is uncovered.

What size are the swimming pools at Son Bunyola?

The pool at Sa Punta de S’Aguila is 15 x 6 metres in size and ranges from 1.60m/1.30m in depth. The pool at Sa Terra Rotja is 15 x 5.5 metres in size and ranges from 2.0m/0.95m in depth. The pool at Son Balagueret is 12 x 5.5 metres in size and ranges from 1.80m/1.20m.

What is the weather like in Mallorca?

Mallorca really is a year round destination. July and August are typically the hottest months on the island with temperatures reaching 30°C. However, even during the winter months, the temperature in Mallorca rarely drops below 15°C and from February onwards you will get the sunny fresh days with very little rain.

What should I pack?

Son Bunyola is your home away from home so you can be as informal or formal as you like. Your summer attire will depend on what kind of activities you have planned. Make use of the pool and pack your swimwear, or if you go on a walk then don’t forget to pack a good pair of trainers, a sunhat, sunglasses and plenty of sunscreen too! Spring (March, April and May) and autumn (September, October and November) are cooler months, so clever layering is the key to dressing for changeable weather.
