Discover Son Bunyola Hotel
Mallorca’s most exciting hotel
Ready for a Mediterranean escape? Sitting at the heart of the estate is the 16th-century Finca - or manor house - which has been lovingly developed into the intimate, luxurious 27-bedroom Son Bunyola Hotel.

Staying at Son Bunyola Hotel
Choose from the hotel’s 27 beautifully designed rooms, each with their own character and charm: from the truly unique Tower Suites built in 13th and 19th century turrets, to suites with private terraces boasting soaring views and luxurious rooms with the comfiest of beds, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the island.

Dining
At Son Bunyola, savour authentic Mallorcan dishes crafted from fresh produce grown in the estate’s gardens and orchards, perfectly paired with award-winning local wines carefully selected by our sommelier.
Chef Brenda Lisiotti brings these vibrant flavours to life at Sa Terrassa, where Mediterranean cuisine is served alongside breathtaking sea views. Meanwhile, Sa Tafona, set in a beautifully restored olive oil mill, offers two ever-changing tasting menus that celebrate the region’s rich culinary heritage with a modern twist, creating truly unforgettable dining experiences.

Things to do
The stunning location of Son Bunyola makes for the perfect place to unwind with a dip in the pool, or a spot of yoga and tennis, all while enjoying the awe-inspiring views, but the mountainous landscape is also ideal for hiking and cycling.
There are several creative and culinary experiences to get stuck in too, or how about venturing further afield to the Mallorcan beaches and setting sail on the tranquil Mediterranean waters?

Honouring history
Central to the Finca’s restoration was honouring the heritage of the historic building. Working with Mallorcan architects Gras Reynes Architecture Studio and interior designer Rialto Living, using traditional and local materials was at the heart of the hotel’s design.
The original towers in the main house have been transformed into two Tower Suites, showcasing vineyard views and the mountains beyond. The former olive press has become Sa Tafona restaurant, and the historic terrace is now home to the pool.
