Mont Rochelle has two restaurants. The Country Kitchen is perfect for a light lunch or wine tasting. Or, if you’re after more formal dining, our flagship restaurant MIKO is in a prime setting with impeccable views of the Franschhoek Valley, vineyards, and mountains.
The winery
Dating back to the 1850s, our winery originally served as a fruit packing shed for early settlers. Now converted into a traditional wine cellar, it processes about 150 tons of grape varieties per season including Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon. You can sample these during our wine-pairing experience.
