The estate

Your Mallorcan home from home

Set within the spectacular Tramuntana Mountains, the Son Bunyola estate is part of a World Heritage site and covers over 1,300 acres of stunning landscapes surrounded by vines, citrus fruit trees, almond and olive groves. It also boasts three miles of unrivalled, sweeping views of the Mediterranean coastline.

Staying at Son Bunyola

At the heart of the estate is a historic finca dating back to around the 16th century, which has been transformed into the luxury 27-bedroom Son Bunyola Hotel.

The estate also features three luxury villas: the four-bedroom Sa Terra Rotja, the five-bedroom Sa Punta de S’Aguila and the four-bedroom Son Balagueret.

Things to do

Soak up the Mallorcan sun by the pool, sample delicious wines at one of the island’s award-winning vineyards or relax with a soothing spa treatment.

For an action-packed break, discover what makes the island a popular cycling destination, explore its beautiful coastline by kayak or hit one of the many hiking trails in the stunning Tramuntana Mountain Range.

Food and drink

At the hotel, dine on Mallorcan and Mediterranean-inspired dishes, using local and seasonal ingredients at Sa Terrassa. The soon-to-open Sa Tafona will offer a playful take on tapas.

With a dedicated chef, guests of each of the three luxurious villas will be able to feast on tailormade menus, served up with local Mallorcan wines or favourite tipples.

At Son Bunyola, we love hosting a fiesta and we understand the importance of the wow factor.

Whether you're looking for a luxurious wedding venue for up to 80 people or a beautiful villa to host an intimate gathering or celebrate a milestone birthday, we'll help you create memories to last a lifetime.
