Virgin Limited Edition is Sir Richard Branson's collection of stunning retreats. We have a private island, mountain retreat, game reserve, lodge, tented camp, vineyard and luxury villas. Eclectic, yes, but all are unique and operate with the sole aim of creating amazing experiences.

Director Sales - Australia

Regional Director of Sales
Vanessa has swapped her native South Africa and moved her family to London, joining our head office as Director of Sales, where she manages the tour operators in the UK, Africa and Asia, and oversees Europe. With a total of 13 years’ experience at Virgin Limited Edition, before coming to London she was Regional Director of Sales in South Africa and prior to that worked on property at Ulusaba. You might not know but Vanessa joined Virgin Galactic as a ‘space agent’ many moons ago!

Regional Sales Manager – South Africa
Jolene describes herself as a hotelier to the core, extremely passionate about the industry and with a definite guest oriented approach. Jolene heads up all of the sales activities in South Africa for Ulusaba, Mont Rochelle and Mahali Mzuri. If she isn’t busy answering her emails, meeting clients or cuddling Blom, Mont Rochelle’s resident cat, Jolene is a likely to be found in the kitchen trying her hand at a new exotic recipe.

Assistant Director of Sales
Born in Morocco and coached by her father, a hotel manager, Meryem literally lived and breathed hotels growing up. With over 15 years of sales and marketing experience, she’s worked for international hotels in Morocco, London and Qatar. Following her Masters degree in Event Management from Westminster University, Meryem found London to be the perfect scene to further her career within the luxury hospitality industry, and she’s stayed ever since! She loves to travel and use her language skills (she’s fluent in French and Arabic), go swimming, read poetry and relax with a good tv series.

Business Development Manager
Genevieve has swapped the Big Apple for the bright lights of London and joined our sales team in our UK Head office. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in hotel and tourism management from New York University, she first joined Virgin Limited Edition in 2013 as Sales and Reservations Coordinator before expanding her role to Regional Sales Executive in 2015. With a new city to explore, Genevieve spends her free time exploring all that London has to offer.

Associate Director of Sales, USA Western Region
Based in Los Angeles, Lai looks after the Sales activities in the US West Coast and Canada. Prior to joining our team she worked at Aman Resorts, and her background in luxury hotels spans One & Only, The Beverly Hills Hotel, Hotel Bel-Air, The Leading Hotels of the World, Belmond and The Peninsula. When she’s not working you’ll find Lai checking out the latest restaurant openings, at a musical or taking her newly adopted dog, Chicago, for a walk!

Since joining Virgin Limited Edition towards the end of 2007, Freida has been wearing different hats from coordinating sales efforts and handling the US marketing initiatives. She may not have little kids at home anymore but with different hats to wear, we still call her the juggler. During her free time, Freida loves nothing more than a high energy Zumba class and spending quality time with her sons and their families.

Sales and Reservations Coordinator
Riley recently joined our USA office in New York as Sales & Reservations Coordinator. After studying Hotel and Restaurant Management, Riley has worked in concierge for hotels and luxury lifestyle brand LIVunLtd. After work he can often be found watching the local sports teams or at a music gig. If you have any questions regarding our collection of luxury retreats, Riley will be more than happy to assist you.
Head of PR
Naomi is a long-standing member of the Virgin family, she kicked-off her PR career with 10 years at Virgin Holidays which fuelled her passion for travel and PR. Her next role was Director of Communications for London’s InterContinental Park Lane before heading up PR & Social Media for Travelopia. More recently Naomi was PR-ing world-famous brands such as Peroni Nastro Azzurro and Asahi Super Dry, before joining Virgin Limited Edition as Head of PR.
20 years on Naomi balances her love of travel with being a taxi service for her daughter and son, while spreading the Virgin Limited Edition love!

Group PR Manager
Charlotte has over 18 years’ experience working within the travel PR industry, having originally joined the Virgin family in 2000 in the Virgin Atlantic press office. She then moved onto Virgin Limited Edition in 2009 where she headed up the PR department for eight years. After taking a two year break to spend time with her family, Charlotte re-joined VLE the company in 2019 as Group PR Manager, and spreads the word about all the new and exciting things going on across the collection.

Victoria has a love for luxury travel and is always exploring new places. She brings with her a sense of curiosity, adventure and experience in the luxury sector to her role at Virgin Limited Edition. A Londoner born and raised, Annabelle loves to travel and experience new food and cultures. With a marketing background in both the luxury smart home industry and charity sector, she finds the social impact element of VLE’s collection particularly appealing. On weekends you can find her getting creative at workshops – from luxury chocolate making to building terrariums - or working on her BodyCombat moves!

Jon joined Virgin Hotels in August 1998 and was Operations Director for two years. He was MD of La Residencia in Mallorca before returning as MD for Virgin Hotels in late 2001. Jon has a wide range of experience within the hospitality industry, including positions in general and area management and group roles within Arcadian and Friendly Hotels. His current focus is on the development and expansion of the group. He’s also an avid supporter and season ticket-holder of Manchester United.

Executive Assistant to Jon Brown Managing Director
Nikki joined the VLE family in June 2011 from The Universal Group. With a degree in English Literature from the University of Kent, she works closely with our Managing Director, Jon Brown, overseeing a number of VLE’s projects. Nikki’s passion for travel has taken her all over the world and she’s never far away from her next adventure!

Group Finance Director
Enrique Sanchez is Group Finance Director at Virgin Limited Edition, with responsibility and overall control for all financial aspects of company strategy and day-to-day operations. Prior to joining Virgin Limited Edition, Enrique was a Director of Asset Management in Aina Hospitality Investment Fund (Edmond de Rothschild Group), where he worked on managing the hotel real estate across Europe. He also worked at Starwood Capital Group overseeing the commercial, financial and repositioning strategy of the Meliá Hotels International's joint venture. Enrique holds an MBA from IE Business School and a dual B.S. degree in accounting and law.

Group People & Development Director
Lizzie joined in 2017 from Gordon Ramsay’s Restaurant Group. She has over 15 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of developing people & teams through effective Leadership Development, Coaching & Talent Management. A passionate and driven People Director, Lizzie shares the desire to create exceptional guest experiences, and recognises that it’s our People who are our true asset, working alongside the People Managers around the globe to support, encourage and develop our VLE employees. She’s also never too far from her trusty Nespresso machine!
Group Operations Director
Tristin is the Group Operations Director for Virgin Limited Edition and is responsible for managing operations across the entire collection, as well as supporting new developments globally. Along with juggling his role at Virgin Limited Edition he also speaks Afrikaans and German, loves scuba diving and although he is South African he supports England in football.

Zivile’s love of travelling stems from her international background, born in Lithuania, she moved to the UK 11 years ago. She can speak Lithuanian, English and Russian languages. Sales & Reservations Team Leader
Kevin was born and raised in Germany, but has lived in London for the past 10 years after studying Travel and Tourism Management at UWL. After graduating, Kevin worked for a number of luxury hotels in London including Maybourne, Firmdale and Dorchester Collection. When he’s not busy answering your questions about our lovely properties, Kevin is most likely to be found zipping around the capital on his bicycle or heading off on a spontaneous weekend trip to Europe.

Born in Venice, Italy, Cristiano has made London his home for almost 8 years now. His previous experience in reservations includes the Royal Lancaster Hotel and before that The Kensington Hotel in London. He loves travelling as well as football and in his spare time, you'll find Cristiano either on the tennis courts or exploring all that London has to offer.

Barbra was born and raised in the Philippines and speaks her native tongue, Tagalog fluently in addition to English. She came to the UK to study Masters of Arts in International Business but ended up working in the luxury hotel industry. Barbra worked for Virgin Limited Edition 5 years ago until she had to move to New York to follow the love of her life. She is now back and loving being in London with her team.
