The second Virgin Limited Edition property in Morocco lands in Marrakech in 2027
Just 25 minutes beyond the ancient walls of Marrakech, a new kind of retreat is taking shape. Set within a 6.5-hectare private agricultural estate, Virgin Limited Edition's newest property will be a 37-bedroom small luxury hotel, one rooted in the rhythms of the land and shaped by the richness of Moroccan craftsmanship and Berber tradition.
With work already underway, the first 22 rooms will be ready in early 2027, with bookings for those stays set to open in September 2026.
The experience
At the heart of the estate, a 40-hectare organic farm unfolds across citrus groves, olive trees, orchards and vegetable gardens, supplying three restaurants, a Chef’s Table and a speakeasy bar where seasonal, home-grown produce shapes every plate and pour.
Beyond the table, the estate invites guests to slow down and settle in, with a comprehensive wellness offering including a traditional Moroccan hammam and a 40-metre swimming pool, alongside tennis, padel, horse riding, yoga and pilates.
Woven through it all is a curated programme of immersive cultural experiences, a hallmark of every Virgin Limited Edition property, designed to connect guests deeply with the destination.
The location
Just 25 minutes from the ancient walls of central Marrakech and one hour from Kasbah Tamadot nestled in the Atlas Mountain foothills, the estate sits in a rare sweet spot. The vision
Rooted in place and shaped by the land, this Virgin Limited Edition retreat will honour the traditions and craft of Moroccan design. Buildings sit discreetly among the farmland, their forms echoing the authentic agricultural heritage of the region, their walls built from local stone and wood. Inside, the work of Moroccan and African artists is woven throughout, and a versatile events space will open its doors as a pop-up gallery, giving local creatives a platform to tell their own stories.
