Kasbah Tamadot appoints Yassine Khalal as Executive Chef

Virgin Limited Edition’s Moroccan retreat, Kasbah Tamadot, is delighted to announce the appointment of Yassine Khalal as Executive Chef.

Yassine joins the team after holding the position of Chef de Cuisine at Royal Mansour. Prior to this he worked alongside renowned chefs including Alain Ducasse, Yannick Aleno and Rachid Maftouh.

Born and raised in Marrakech, Yassine’s passion for regional cuisine means he is sure to feel right at home in the Kasbah Tamadot kitchen. The team source all ingredients as locally as possible, including from the on-site garden and orchard which provides seasonal fruit, vegetable and herbs throughout the year.
