Where is Necker Island?

Necker Island is situated in the North Sound of the British Virgin Islands, in the eastern Caribbean Sea, to the east of Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

All our rates include return boat transfers to and from Beef Island or Virgin Gorda. Once you reach the island guests will welcomed with a glass of champagne, or ‘Necker water’ as it’s known.

Getting Here

Beef Island Airport (EIS)
Beef Island is the closest international airport. You can fly to Beef Island by private plane or a commercial flight. Necker Island guests arriving here, will be met by our driver and taken to the dock which is just a two-minute car ride away. Here, guests will board our speed board for a 30-minute journey to the island.

St Thomas Airport (STT)
St Thomas is a little further away in the USVI. From here, guests will need to make their way to either Beef Island Airport or to Virgin Gorda Airport (VIJ) on a commercial charter flight where they will be met and taken to Necker Island. Alternatively, guests can also charter a boat or take a helicopter flight from STT to Necker Island.

Neighbouring Islands

For guests staying on one of the neighbouring islands in the BVI, our team can arrange a ride to Trellis Bay, Beef Island where our team will be waiting for the boat journey to Necker Island. Yachts can also be anchored off the island.
