Recognise these faces? We're so proud of our Ulusaba ladies who will be representing us in the 2015 Virgin Staff Cycle South Africa Challenge.
In under a week Robyn, Laura, Bronwyn and Chaleenwill be cycling alongside an incredible group of Virgin Staff from around the globe. This challenge is a difficult off-road cycle through the Limpopo province on the western edge of the Kruger National Park. The cyclists raise money to purchase brand new mountain bikes which will be donated to a community supported by our own Pride 'n Purpose at the end of the 4 day cycle.
The bikes cost £300 each (that's about R5455 or $463) and any funds raised over and above this will be donated to Pride 'n Purposeto help our current initiatives. Pride 'n Purpose is our charitable arm that continually works to improve the lives of those in communities adjacent to the Sabi Sand Game Reserve on the edge of the Kruger National Park.
Our girls have been training hard but mostly in the gym in the run up to the big challenge. They'll kick off the four day ride on the 10th June.
