The chefs often head out first thing in the morning to forage for local produce and then spend the day cooking up a feast for the senses.
You might find them firing up the BBQ on the sunny terrace or preparing the freshest (and tastiest!) local seasonal dishes in the kitchen – think salads with herbs cut from the garden and freshly whipped goat’s cheese from the local cheesemaker, Laiterie de Verbier – just down in the Valais.
