It's official. Wedding season is now in full swing. With wedding weekends now on the horizon for the foreseeable future - one member of our team has 9 weddings in her diary this year already - the question is, amongst all these celebrations, how can you make your special day stand out from the pack?
The answer is simple. Can you think of a better place to get married than Necker Island? With its turquoise waters, sandy beaches, and of course, the island's reputation to host a legendary party, a wedding on Necker is the ultimate wedding destination.
Necker Island has already hosted two Branson weddings. Who can forget the image of Richard Branson arriving for his wedding clinging to the struts of a helicopter? More recently, Holly Branson and her husband Freddie had their nuptials on Necker. Have you checked out their wedding video? It is the wedding celebration of your dreams!
One thing that can't be underestimated if you host your wedding on Necker is no request, however weird or wonderful, is ever too much for our team to try and accommodate. This is because every wedding should be as unique as possible to each couple! Whether you fancy a wedding on the beach (Turtle Beach is one of our favourite beaches) or on the Southern Terrace at the Great House, both locations offer something extra special.
Whilst it sometimes can be difficult to decide which relatives and friends to invite, particularly if there are limits on the number of guests, we can host groups of up to 200 people, who can then be accommodated on neighbouring islands around the BVI during the celebrations.
And don't forget once you have said the 'I dos', you are already based in the perfect honeymoon location! Master Suite in the Great House? Check. Two-person hot tub? Check. Romantic private dinners on the beach? Check. You will both never want to leave.
