Things To Do
We've got a brand new little baby lemur that arrived on Sunday. The Red-Collared Brown lemurs are one of the most endangered species of lemur and very few are found in captivity.
Our lemur mum Squeaks and her mate Bubbles bring the total Red-Collared Brown lemur population to 3 on Necker Island. Squeaks has been on Necker Island since September and Bubbles joined us in December last year so they got busy pretty quickly as pregnancy usually last for approximate 120 days.
It's a great success to our team looking after the lemur breeding program and we can't wait for some more cute faces.
Read about our other lemur babies that were born on Necker Island recently.
