British Virgin Islands
Things to do
Liam our Operations Manager will join two teams of players that will climb to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's tallest mountain to play the worlds heighted ever game of competitive cricked to raise money for charity. Liam has worked for Virgin Limited Edition for the past seven years at Necker Island and Ulusaba Private Game Reserve and we'll be cheering him on when we gears up for the Mt. Kili Madness challenge in mid-September.
Mt. Kili Madness teams will battle altitude sickness and a seven day hike with over 30% of climbs ending in failure. The team will pitch up and play a cricket match of a life time to play the world's highest gam of competitive cricket.
The game will be played in September and the teams are supporting Cancer Research, Tusk and The Rwandan Cricket Stadium Foundation. If you'd like to find out more about the challenge check out the website here. If you'd like to donate to this incredible challenge click here.
Good luck to Liam and the teams for the epic journey ahead of you!
