Our Head Chef, Benoit Pépin and our Kasbah team have made a pledged to create menus, celebrating seasonal and local produce, starting with apples from Asni, the local village.

This month we're offering our guests to try an apple focused menu available on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday evenings to celebrate our beautiful local produce and create good food using fresh ingredients.
