What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing guests enjoy my food just as much as I enjoy it making it. It's a proud moment for any chef
What is your favourite room at Kasbah Tamadot?
I like room 16 because of the panoramic views overlooking the mountains. It's the ideal spot to sit on your own private terrace with a refreshing glass of wine.
Any tips for guests staying at Kasbah Tamadot?
Kasbah Tamadot is such a special and magical place to stay my tip would be to sit back, relax and let us do the hard work.
What is the one thing you have to take with you on every trip?
I love swimming so I would say my swimsuit! It's always so tempting to jump into the infinity pool at Kasbah Tamadot on a hot day.
Where is your favourite place to eat?
When I'm not at work I love to have a traditional home cooked meal with my family, a glass of red wine followed by sitting down and watching a movie - the perfect evening.
Something most people don't know about me?
As crazy as it sounds after my military service in France I wanted to be a spy in the secret service. Unfortunately that dream never became true (or did it?).
If I could visit one of the other Virgin Limited Edition properties it would be?
I would love to go to Necker Island! Sun, sea, sand and cocktails perfect.
