Lunch at Kasbah Tamadot
Here at Kasbah Tamadot, we love hearing about our guests stay and particularly enjoy seeing photos they share with us. But this month we were thrilled to receive a beautiful drawing, a special picture from a very special guest. Ethan, aged 5, visited Kasbah Tamadot with his family over the New Year s Eve weekend and here s what they got up to .
During Ethan's time exploring the local area he ventured to the Tin Mal Mosque, Berber villages and the Souk at Asni which he captured perfectly in another drawing. In his letter to us he also mentioned that he enjoyed drinking Berber tea in a cafe and visited the Eve Branson Foundation. He packed a lot into one weekend!
Asni is a small Berber town just a 7 minute drive from Kasbah Tamadot. The souk (market) is open every Saturday and is a great way to take in the local countryside and see the rural life of Morocco.
Thank you Ethan for sharing such a great account of your stay and we hope to welcome you and your family back again soon!
