We're very proud that at Kasbah Tamadot most of our staff have been with us since we opened in 2005. We employ 120 staff together with our extended family of 4 mules, 3 donkeys and 2 camels. If you've visited us before you've probably met Mohammed Senior, he has been with us from the very beginning. Get to know Mohammed Senior and find out his favourite room Kasbah Tamadot.
Meet Mohammed Ait Belhaj, also known as Mohammed Senior;
My job is? Restaurant Manager at Kasbah Tamadot
What do you love most about your job? I love the guests that come to visit us especially when they're interest in the local villages and I can share some tips. I'm lucky to have a good old laugh with them! Our guests often leave as friends so it's definitely one of my favourite things.
My favourite room at Kasbah Tamadot? Room 41 the deluxe suite with private pool, the view is incredible and the intimacy and space are something very special.
What is the one thing you have to take with you on every trip? A good book to relax
Where is your favourite place to eat? I enjoy traditional Moroccan food and nothing beats a home cooked meal from my wife.
If I could visit one of the other Virgin Limited Edition properties it would be? The Roof Gardens in London, I'd love to visit someday to have lunch and walk around the gardens I'm sure it would be my favourite place.
