My job is? Making Pastries and I Love it!!
What do you love most about your job? Discovering and making new kind of pastries every day
My favorite room at Kasbah Tamadot? Room 16, I love this rooms because it's spacious, the colours are neutral and very relaxing and it has such a beautiful view over the valley
What is the one thing you have to take with you on every trip? A book, it is the only time that I can enjoy my time by reading
Where is your favourite place to eat? My Moms, she is a very good cook. Once a month all the family meets at her house and we spend quality time with our loved ones sharing our traditional Berber food
Something most people don't know about me is: I love drawing about nature most of and during Christmas I do henna for our guests the patterns are all inspired by the nature
If I could visit one of the other Virgin Limited Edition properties it would be: The Roof Gardens, because it looks like a truly beauitful place.

My job is? Chef
What do you love most about your job? I love to cook and to share this passion with the guests, I give cooking lessons and tips to our guests
My favourite room at Kasbah Tamadot? Well.. I'm going to say the Cookery school room. This is where I share my love for cooking; it's located on the roof terrace and it has an amazing view over the property and the mountains
Toughest Travel Moment? I was coming to London for a training course at The Roof Garden but I was stuck in the airport for almost one hour!
Where is your favourite place to eat? I love eating at Jamaa El Fna square because of the ambiance and there's a lot of different small restaurants
Something most people don't know about me is: I have a taekwondo Blue Belt
If I could visit one of the other Virgin Limited Edition properties it would be : The Lodge in winter time, I would love to experience it
