Just a few memories from our two years in management at Kasbah Tamadot, what a special place.
Peaches was born during our first week adding to the pampered pets of Kasbah all named after foods beginning with P!
Peaches mum is also pregnant as we leave, maybe it will become a tradition!
Our son Theo settling in and catching a ride on Pumpkin the Camel.
Christmas is magical; sunny days on the terrace and cool nights sitting around log fires drinking Mulled wine.
Eve's cashmere goats arrived and settled in to their new home nicely.
The opening of six new Berber Tented Suites.
Extensions to the restaurant Refurbishments to some of our suites, with the help of Yvonne Gould, who also designed the tent interiors. With the help of Green fingers David from The Roof Gardens we did a lot of gardening!
Hosted a few Exclusive use groups one of which were The Elders www. Below one of the amazing settings for any dinner. (You really can 'Rock the Kasbah')
An amazing Team...
Introduced our new arrival Zara to mountain life.
All in all an amazing, busy and memorable time, 2 of the best years yet! We will miss the charming warmth of the Berber people and the genuine community spirit which these days is very rare.
Kasbah Tamadot is now in the very capable and experienced Management hands of our successor Camilla Guyatt; Camilla we wish you an exciting few years and hope Kasbah brings you much happiness as it has us.
We are off to the British Virgin Islands next. See you there?
