The weather is warming up and as we near the transition of evening meals outside I thought I would tell you about one of our special menus...
We serve a 4 course Berber feast for you to enjoy whilst listening to traditional Moroccan music such as the Gnowa. It is a wonderful evening that is hosted by our House Manager Haj Brahim who has worked at Kasbah Tamadot for nearly 20 years and has many tales about Morocco and the area.

To start enjoy the following Moroccan dishes family style...
Moroccan spiced lentils
Courgette salad perfumed with cumin
Caramelised pumpkin chutney
Selection of briouattes: ricotta cheese and spinach, vegetable and fish
Traditional harira soup
From the buffet select from the following Moroccan delights...
Beef tagine with plums and almond
Chicken tagine preserved lemon and green olives
Lamb kefta tagine
From the grill:
Traditional Mahamcha with ice cream
Orange and date salad with cinnamon
Moroccan creme brulee, crisp pastille
There is always an a la carte menu available but we do recommend this feast.
