While our dining experiences may feel a little different as the Kasbah Tamadot undergoes renovation, the food served remains one of a stay’s many highlights.
A mix of Moroccan and international dishes, our menu celebrates the finest and freshest ingredients and produce, much of which comes from our own kitchen.
Introducing Asayss
Originating from the Berber language and signifying a space of communcation and bonding, where poets would gather to share their verses culminating in a grand feast, Asayss, Kasbah Tamadot's own appreciation of this local tradition, will open its door this summer. Savour Moroccan and international dishes, inspired by locally sourced ingredients and enjoy a feast for all senses.

Start your day with a light breakfast, sit down for an al fresco, traditional family-style Berber meal by the pool at lunchtime and enjoy a delectable dinner in the privacy of your Berber tent at night.
